Latest Updates from Our Project:

Adding a gaming session
over 4 years ago – Mon, Jan 27, 2020 at 10:37:43 PM

Hi everyone,

Our bagage arrived after getting stuck in New York for a while. We'll finally be able to post the pregens over the upcoming week. I have a deadline to meet for the Dutch-language Bello magazine on the 1st of February, but we'll be picking up the pace in just a few days.

Our live game session (29th of February) is still on: we'll be sending all of you who've commited to the session invitations to join us on Discord. Since we have too many people in the group, we're going to add a gaming session on Sunday, the first of March as well. Each of you joining will be playing one of the 4 available pregens, but we're going to add 1 or 2 for the other game designers, as some of them will also participate.

Dirk

Waiting for our bagage
over 4 years ago – Mon, Jan 13, 2020 at 06:10:48 PM

Hi everyone,

We're back in Belgium! However, our bagage got stuck in New York in-between our route from Vegas Brussels and that includes our film camera, our high-end laptop and our external hard drives.

The bagage should now be in Brussels and we expect to be able to pick it up today or tomorrow, after which we'll post all of the Pregens.

Letter from KLM stating that our bagage didn't make it through

Obviously, the live game session is also still on and we're probably going to have one or two of our other designers join in as well.

Greetz,

Dirk

Open invitation to live gaming session
over 4 years ago – Fri, Jan 03, 2020 at 12:38:01 PM

Hi everyone,

Since our full Pregen writeups are going to be available this month, we'd like to invite you to an online gaming session so you can experience Iron Sky: The RPG. This will first be held on a first-come, first-served basis on Saturday, the 29th of February, at 8 pm, Brussels time (CET).

Since most of you whom we met so far haven't been vocal on this Kickstarter page, we'd appreciate it if you left a Comment telling us you want to join in instead of mailing privately.  We'll take the first 4 requests and we'll be playing for about 2 hours, covering some of the backstory as well as many of the game mechanics. We'll make sure a platform is available to do this on as well, but please make sure you have a good internet connection before joining in!

Greetz,

Dirk

Some release dates
over 4 years ago – Wed, Jan 01, 2020 at 07:15:46 PM

Hi everyone

First of all: have a great 2020, everyone! It's been a very very hectic end of the year for once,  especially on a personal level. My dad needed to get a stomach operation, which took a lot out of us, and other bad stuff happened as well, but all in all we're still on our feet and working away.

After Timo getting back to us about 12 days ago, we continued working on the Character Sheets, but the holidays, the prep work for CES Vegas and the development of a new cryptocurrency newspaper chewed away at our design time, so here's a few definite dates:

Full 'Smiley Dave' Character Sheet (including stat blocks): Friday January 10

Full Lucia Lester Character Sheet (including stat blocks): Monday January 13

Full Anne LeBoeuf Character Sheet (including stat blocks); Thursday January 16

Full Rick Morales Character Sheet (including stat blocks): Sunday January 19

We're turning in the rewritten Quick Start to Iron Sky Oy by the end of January as well, so we're confident to get that green-lit, available and for sale on drivethrurpg.com in February.

We're pretty much on schedule now, so as long as Iron Sky Oy gets us the green light fast enough, we should be able to keep on track.

Pregenerated Characters Green-lig
over 4 years ago – Fri, Dec 20, 2019 at 07:04:57 AM

Hi everyone,

We just got off a call with Timo today and our pregenerated Characters have been green-lit! Timo is giving us a lot of freedom here, which absolutely great. It did take him about 3 weeks longer to get back to us than expected, so we have to move up our time schedule accordingly, but this does mean we'll be able to post the full versions of the pregens sometime next week. We'll provide a more detailed time schedule, including live streaming of an Iron Sky: The RPG game session, this weekend. We would have liked to do that tomorrow, but, again: now that final versions of pregens and Quick Starts are done or almost done, we do need full permission every step of the way.

Greetz,

Dirk
